Style: Monster

I was researching some new over the ear headphones, and wanted a different pair for the summer so after looking around for ages (too much choice!!) I chose a pair of Monster DNA's to review. I chose them in blue because I love the contrasting colour to my outfits, and I was really excited to try the technology out as I have been hearing good things. I really dislike the sound quality on in-ear headphones, so was after a pair of urban-looking headphones that would provide the right isolation from London travel noises, but that also look stylish with every-day outfits.

Scroll down for outfit details

The first thing I noticed about the robust headphones is that the isolation is great - I could hardly hear anything around me and the headphones fitted really comfortably on my ears.

The founders of Pure Monster Sound also pride themselves on the latest proprietary technologies to offer the full experience of live music, with extreme clarity, tight articulation, and deep pounding bass that motivates you to achieve at your highest level of performance. They certainly delivered.

“Headphones are maturing, and so are listeners’ tastes,” said “Head Monster” Noel Lee. “It’s no longer just about bass energy, but clarity, transparency, dynamic impact, and refinement in music reproduction.”

I love a good bass, so I found these headphones perfect for listening to old school RnB and Hip Hop! The quality of sound was amazing, and made all the difference from other headphones I used. The best thing is that now, when I listen to music on the underground, it's not being interrupted by all the noise. Five stars!

New finds: Zara nude heels

These beauties pretty much go with everything. I love the pointy detail on the front, and they are unusually comfortable, too. Some Zara heels are quite high but have a sort of wider fit from heel to toe if that makes sense...I'll be wearing these with ripped jeans and a leather jacket! Oh and Zara has an amazing sale on at the moment...as we haven't really had a summer, nobody has been buying anything therefore you can find every size in the stores!

New Finds: Leather-look T-shirt dress

I spotted this dress whilst in Topshop the other day and had to have it. I've been looking for a leather-look dress like this one all winter, but wasn't able to find anything decent that wasn't designer or too expensive. Considering it's still winter in London (soooo boring!) I can wear this for ages...plus it will look great with bare legs and fun coloured sandals in the summer. I'd like to have that shiny red carpet sort of leg look so Laura Mercier's Body Bronzer is just the thing to use!

This is one of the ways I would wear the dress...touching on the African themes with the clutch and necklace.

1. Topshop dress, £55
2. Shourouk Dallas necklace, £420
3. OPI My Paprika is Hotter Than Yours nail polish, £11.50
4. Zara embroidered clutch, £39.99
5. Asos Hostage sandals, £42
6. Laura Mercier Body Bronzing Makeup Bronzer, £31

New Finds: Leopard kitten heels

I've been wanting these little Zara kittens since October...why did it take me this long to buy them?! I found them on Ebay and fell in love all over again. As much as I was completely opposed to a kitten heel I've succombed to this pair! I love the strong leopard print mixed with the black heel and red straps...now pair that with some skinny or boyfriend jeans plus a cool coat and beanie and you got yourself the new trend kitten heel look! Still can't believe I'll be wearing these...

I'll be wearing mine just like blogger Adelina Alexander

This pair is sold out as it's AW12, and I would do a list of similar shoes to buy but there just aren't any...these are too beautiful and unique!
