Paint the Town with Vaseline: Autumn Al Fresco Chic

After 'Seductive Date Night' and 'Weekend Cocktail Fun', this is my final look for the Vaseline blogger challenge. Vaseline asked me to create a look that will go with the new limited edition Vaseline Paint The Town Red Lip Tint that has just launched, and I jumped at the opportunity! I love dressing up so I decided to do three different looks, all with the new lip tint theme in mind. The main idea was to keep my make up simple and natural, but add a bit of oomph with my outfits plus a shine and glam to my lips with the lip tint.

This last outfit is something I would wear in Autumn, whilst out with my boyfriend or girlfriends whilst having drinks in a beer garden or in a cute restaurant in Rome with an outdoor area (where I went recently). My huge Zara knit and leather trousers keep me warm and cozy! Can’t believe roll necks are back in again…

In this final post, I thought I would tell you about some of the out of the ordinary beauty benefits of Vaseline that you might not know about. This is in no way information I got from Vaseline themselves but some tips from me personally and people I have spoken to. They might not work for everyone, but we all know how good Vaseline is and it's a no brainer that it can be used for multiple purposes! You could use the lip tint or plain Vaseline petroleum jelly.

1. If you find your lipstick makes your lips too dry, apply a bit of Vaseline beforehand and it will make them smoother and less chapped throughout the day

2. It can cure your damaged cuticles if you apply it 3-4 times daily

3. It can double up as an eye brow gel (obviously don't use too much!)

4. You can mix it with eyeshadow to make the eyeshadow more creamy

5. You can mix it with a little bit of your lipstick to make a blusher

6. This is the best one - put some Vaseline under your wrist and on your neck area, spray some perfume on it and it will last longer!

I love the current coloured leather trend, but I prefer wearing dark leather such as these burgundy red trousers from H&M (they come in other colours, too)

Feeling so cozy in the rain!

I'm wearing:

Zara jumper (Similar here)
Balenciaga bag (Similar here)
Asos sandals
Zara necklace (Similar here)
Vintage hat from Paris (Similar here)

I got this hat in a small vintage shop in Paris for just £20. It was an absolute bargain as it's a great quality hat and they usually go for about £100

When the weather is still a little warm, it's so cozy wearing big chunky knitwear instead of a coat!

I absolutely love this red lip tint - it's subtle enough to wear every day but also great to add to an outfit for a night out for a hint of glamour. The bonus of course is that it nourishes your lips!

I love the tin cover design and how it incorporates the city sky scrapers as well as dripping paint! Plus the size of this is so big it will last you for ages throughout the winter.

The third Limited Edition Lip Therapy from Vaseline, Paint The Town, not only cares for lips but adds allure with a light red tint – the first time a Limited Edition Lip Therapy has included a touch of colour.

Enriched with a spiced berry flavour, this unique combination of Vaseline’s caring Petroleum Jelly with a subtle red tint will intensively moisturise smooth and give colour in an instant. Perfect if you don't like wearing lipstick but want to add a little shine and colour to your lips for that additional hint of glamour!

Limited Edition Vaseline Paint The Town, 20g, costs £3.49 and is now available at Selfridges and at all major retailers nationwide while stocks last.
